While I have a solid general knowledge of what a healthy diet consists of, I am not a certified dietitian. What I like to remind my clients is that everyone's situation is different, and while one program may work for someone else, it might not prove to be successful for your own goals. Additionally, DKFitnessDaily's facility encompasses strength training needs, along with plyometric products, to deliver a setting that creates a mix of different exercises available to my clients.
