Do you want more of a challenge? I also offer a 10 week Strength Training Program that may be a better fit for you! This program you will specifically need access to a gym membership. Hello and welcome! I am so excited that you stumbled upon my site and would like to take this opportunity to provide a little background on myself and my beliefs. A huge part of successfully achieving your goals is finding the right trainer that caters to you and your needs. In order to do that, I feel it is important to establish a great connection right off the bat! I am open and honest when it comes to my own health and fitness journey as I once was looking for a way to turn my life around until I took matters into my own hands. I played various sports growing up and never had any issues remaining active in my teen years. Once I graduated high school in 2010, I no longer had any activities keeping me healthy and motivated. In 2014 I was introduced to CrossFit where I started my own fitness journey and practiced CrossFit style workouts for about 5 years. During that time, I dove into the sport until I decided to go my own direction and build up my garage gym in 2018 as I developed a passion for wanting to help others achieve their own goals. Over the last few years, my garage gym has grown into what is now known as DK Fitness Daily. While I do have a CrossFit background, in my garage gym I have adapted to my own style of training. Since May of 2020, I have had the opportunity to help change the lives of others who have been struggling with weight loss and body image.
